When life gets busy, everything seems to be important all at once! It’s easy to fall behind on our responsibilities and simply justify that time ran out.

In this case, time management and recognizing our priorities are keys in order to make the right choices for our actions.

In Seven Steps to Inner Power Book written by my Menter, Dr. Tae Yun Kim, she mentioned that “When you have a goal that is a priority, and when you commit your total loyalty to this cause, you will undoubtedly make decisions about competing priorities in life.”

Now to make better decisions on how to prioritize, I am learning that the following 4 steps are crucial:

  1. Create a list of all the projects that needs to be complete.
  2. Identify the value- know the difference between wants vs. need
  3. Identify the timeline for which needs immediate action.
  4. How much effort is needed to complete each task and determine if you are efficient in getting done with the bigger project or smaller project first.  Try it out and see if it works for you!

Nabi White

My name is Nabi White. I have been so blessed to train for 10 years under Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim, who is not only my teacher but also my mentor, life coach, spiritual guidance and someone who made a difference and continues to make a difference in my life. Before I started training, I had no purpose in life. I was not only weak physically, but also emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I felt hopeless. Countless of times, I attempted to commit suicide. Thankfully, one day, I met Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim, and I started training at Jung SuWon Martial Art Academy. At first, I never thought I would be training in Martial Arts. But I found out that Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim’s teaching is not only about punching and kicking. Her teaching helps me to become strong and get to know my true potentials. She also guides me to achieve my dreams and goals. Whenever I face challenges in life, her motto, “He Can Do, She Can Do, Why Not Me,” gives me the strength to never give up! My goal is to be able to make a difference in peoples’ lives, the way my Mentor, Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim made a difference in my life.
