Refreshing, energizing, yellow smoothie
Dr. Tae Yun Kim surprised us all with this delicious, refreshing drink that quenched our thirst in 90 degrees temperatures, and energized us. Here we have something so simple, yet so healthy and refreshing, physically and spiritually, it’s amazing you’ll only need 2-3 ingredients! The color yellow alone in itself has great benefits, as Dr. Tae Yun Kim has stated in one of her books, ” The First Element.”
“Yellow is a very favorable vibration for mental or intellectual activity, as it promotes a clear state of mind. Yellow heightens your awareness and alleviates depression, sadness, or any kind of despondency.”
We have already heard about lemons and their powers, and today we will mix lemon juice with a banana in a blender, with water and ice cubes, and a touch of maple syrup if the smoothie is too tart.
Bananas are well known for their high potassium content, and for their being very easily digested, and oftentimes they are the first solid food a baby will receive.
To make this smoothie, you will need to use your taste buds for the correct amounts of lemon juice to banana. For one banana, we used 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, a cup of ice cubes and a couple cups water, complete with a small amount of maple syrup. If you want a creamier consistency, freeze the banana first.
Blend until as smooth as you like, and serve/enjoy with a smile! Now this is a treat you can feel good about!
